Canine Ultrasonic Dental Cleaning

A calm, no‑scrub dental hygiene service for dogs. We use the Emmi®‑Pet ultrasonic brush to help manage plaque, freshen breath and support healthy gums without vibration or noise.

Why owners choose us

Calm for sensitive dogs

Emmi®‑Pet is silent and held to the tooth rather than scrubbed. Most nervous or noise‑averse dogs settle quickly.

Everyday hygiene

Regular sessions help manage plaque and tartar build‑up and can improve mouth odour. It complements home care.

Consultative approach

We assess tolerance, work at your dog’s pace and give clear aftercare so you know how to maintain results at home.

What to expect at your appointment

  1. Intro & history. We discuss your dog’s routine, any vet advice and what you would like to improve.

  2. Oral check. A non‑diagnostic look for obvious issues. Anything of concern is referred to your vet before we proceed.

  3. First clean. A soft head and Emmi®‑Pet toothpaste are applied. The brush is rested on each tooth and along the gum line; no scrubbing, heat or vibration.

  4. Review & plan. We show you what we achieved, advise on home care and agree on a follow‑up schedule if helpful.

Most appointments take 30–45 minutes. We prioritise comfort over speed and will pause whenever your dog needs a break.

Outcomes you can expect

Plaque & tartar management

Regular sessions help soften and reduce build‑up, keeping teeth and gums cleaner between veterinary visits.

Fresher breath

Targeting the biofilm that contributes to mouth odour often improves breath quickly.

Low‑stress care

Silent, pressure‑free technique suits young, senior and anxious dogs.

Where there is pain, loose teeth or heavy calculus, we will recommend veterinary assessment first.

Questions we’re asked

No. The brush rests on the tooth surface; there is no scraping, heat or vibration.

After an initial clean, most dogs do well with follow‑ups every 2–6 weeks. We’ll advise a plan based on build‑up and tolerance.

Feed earlier, bring favourite treats and let us know about any oral pain or current medication. Puppies can attend once adult teeth have erupted.

No sedation or anaesthesia. If your dog needs extractions or deep scaling, that is a veterinary procedure under GA.

Emmi®‑Pet is a non‑invasive hygiene system widely used by groomers and practitioners. We work alongside your vet and do not diagnose or treat disease.

Yes. The ultrasonic system and different brush head sizes that we use make it adaptable to small and large breeds.

About Emmi®‑Pet

Emmi®‑Pet is an ultrasonic dental hygiene system developed by EMAG in Germany. It uses a patented piezo ceramic chip inside the brush head that generates up to 96 million ultrasonic air oscillations per minute. These oscillations work with the specially formulated Emmi®‑Pet toothpaste to create microscopic nano‑bubbles along the teeth and gumline.

When the brush rests on the tooth, the nano‑bubbles continually form and implode. This action helps loosen plaque, soften tartar deposits and disrupt bacteria without any mechanical brushing, scraping or vibration. Dogs feel no movement or noise from the device, which is why the system is often well‑tolerated by nervous, young and senior dogs.

Ultrasonic hygiene supports daily oral care and is particularly useful between veterinary dental procedures. It does not replace professional dental treatment where disease, pain or heavy calculus is present. Emmi®‑Pet has been reviewed and certified for animal welfare suitability by independent bodies such as the Austrian Federal Association for Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare (FFT).
